Directus collects some of its users' personal data.

The use of our website is also possible without indicating personal data. There are different regulations for the use of some services on our site, which are explained separately below. The data are, according to Article 3, paragraph 1, of the German Personal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG), concerning personal or material conditions of a specific or identifiable individual. Directus GmbH detects, uses, and/or treats your personal information according to the German Personal Data Protection Act and the European Union Personal Data Protection Act.

At every access to the following user data is transmitted from their browser and stored in protocol files (Server Log files These files contain the following data:

  • Number of Transmitted Data- About the type of browser used
  • Operating system used
Your IP address is deleted or anonymized after the end of use. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed to ensure that the individual data relating to personal or material conditions cannot be linked to a specific or identifiable individual.
These data are analyzed for purely statistical reasons and in order to optimize our website and our offers.

3. Perimeter of data usage

The protocol files are analyzed in anonymized form to improve continuously, correct imperfections faster and manage server capabilities. For example, you can see at what times is particularly used and the operator can obtain the appropriate volume data.

4. Newsletter

5. Information, correction and deletion of data
According to art. 34 BDSG (German Personal Data Protection Act) you have the right to ask Directus GmbH for information about your personal information stored at any time. You can access, monitor and change or delete your personal data immediately at any time from your dedicated user section. Please update your personal information if they are changed or incorrect. In principle Directus GmbH will only delete your personal data when this does not conflict with statutory filing obligations, when data is no longer needed to achieve the purpose of filing, or where filing is inadmissible for other legal reasons. Directus GmbH will erase your data according to the applicable personal data protection regulations after the expiration of the respective period. You may delete your user profile and any personal data contained there at any time. The statutory archive obligations remain unchanged.

6. Cookies
For data detection and storage, Directus GmbH uses some cookies. 7. Social plugins
We use Social plugins of various social networks (Twitter, Google+, Facebook). With the help of these Plugins, for example, you can share content or recommend products.
